Specialist Carlton Westbrook, a member of Winder's 1st Battalion, 121st Infantry, prepares to apply a field pressure dressing on a medical mannequin at Camp McCain, Miss. The Georgia Army National Guard Soldier is competing for the "Soldier of the Year" title against troops from nine other states and territories in the Region III Soldier of the Year competition from May 7-10.
