editDescriptionArabidopsis thaliana cells stably expressing genetically-encoded redox-sensitive biosensor - S3roGFP targeted to mitochondria using ATP-synthase β-subunit targeting peptide. Violet pseudo color.tif |
English: Arabidopsis thaliana cells stably expressing a novel genetically-encoded redox-sensitive biosensor named S3roGFP, that was targeted to mitochondria using ATP-synthase β-subunit targeting signal. Images were taken with NikonA1R confocal laser scanning microscope using Z-stack of 124 focal planes. The dissociation of these cells from the young seedling sample happened occasionally during excessive squeezing of the microscope slide during preparation. A beauty can be produced even as a result of an accident. Pseudo colors were applied to the image using Look-Up-Table. |
