English: Arround this vessel's shoulders we witness a multi-figured and almost narrative scene, involving many people, busy with everyday activities. On either side of the two spouts male figures are seated in confortable seats, perhaps thrones. Between the handles a female figure is standing in a press (maybe grape press), while other groups are processing agricultural production. What is possibly the focus here are the various stages of bread production, from ploughing with oxen to kneading dough. Woman are depicted holding infants, a child is holding a basket and a donkey is used as a pack animal. The body is thus depicted here involved in various everyday life activities , reflecting tendencies and choices made by Cypriots society 4000 years ago. Archaeological Museum, Nicosia, Cyprus
