English: This photograph was taken at the 70 minute duration visit of Raghvendra Singh (IAS) Secretary, Ministry of Culture, Govt. of India in presents of a group of media personnel accompanied by Arijit Dutta Chowdhury, Director General NCSM; Subhabrata Chaudhuri, Director, Science City; Jayanta Sengupta, Secretary & Curator, Victoria Memorial Hall (VMH) and other National Council of Science Museum (NCSM) dignitaries and officials.
Singh reviewed the progress of work being carried out there for switching from a 20 years old Goto 2D celluloid-based film projection system to a ZEISS full-dome 3D Space Theatre. He also visited the other galleries of the Science City, Kolkata.
