Photograph of the demolition of the so-called Arkadia building in Leppävaara, Espoo. Originally this building, designed by C. L. Engel in 1827, housed the Swedish Theatre in Esplanadi Park, Helsinki, then it was moved in 1861 to Arkadia for the Arkadia theatre, further in 1902 it was moved to Leppävaara and restructured there, and finally demolished in 1972. |
