coupé en 1, parti en 1 de gueules, à l'écusson d'argent, aux rais d'escarboucle d'or, brochantes sur le tout, et en 2 d'or, à la fasce échiquetée d'argent et de gueules de trois tires et en 2 d'azur semé de fleurs de lys d'or à la bordure componée d'argent et de gueules.
C'est un coupé entre les armoiries des comtes de Clèves et de la Marck et les premières armes de Philippe II le Hardi, duc de Bourgogne , qui furent utilisées par les comtes de Nevers de la famille de Valois-Bourgogne.
