English: Arms of the Province of Girona with the Crown of Prince (Unofficial).
Català: Escut format per l'escut de l'actual Diputació Provincial de Girona, i per timbre una corona de Príncep. Hipotesis d'escut per al Principat de Girona, en el cas de dotar a la administració territorial Gironina, de manera ofifical, amb el rang de Principat. Com a resposta al títol de Príncep de Girona, instaurat al 1351 (passant primer com a Ducat), i distingeix a l'hereu al to de la Corona d'Aragó. A l'actualitat S.A.R Elionor de Borbó Príncesa de Girona. Homologànd-se d'aquest mode al Principat d'Astúries que dóna nom a l'hereu al tro de Castella.
Español: Escudo formado por el escudo de la actual Diputación Provincial de Gerona, y por timbre una corona de Príncipe. Hipótesis de escudo para el Principado de Gerona, en el caso de dotar a la administración territorial Gerundense, de manera oficial, con el rango de Principado. Como respuesta al título de Príncipe de Gerona, instaurado en 1351 (pasando primero como Ducado), y que distingue al heredero al trono de la Corona de Aragón. Actualmente S.A.R. Leonor de Borbón, Princesa de Gerona. Equiparándolo así al Príncipado de Asturias que da nombre al heredero del trono de Castilla. |
