English: PEARL HARBOR-HICKAM (Feb. 11, 2016) Members of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Leadership Development Level 3 program visited NAVFAC Hawaii Feb. 11 meeting with our Business Director, Chief Engineer, and members of NAVFAC's Leadership program. They received a command brief and had discussions on differences and similarities between the Navy and Army engineering organizations as well as how each accomplishes their mission.
The Army's leadership members participate in a two year program where they receive leadership briefings to include Mentoring and Customer Service, Leading Change, Leading People, Results Driven, Business Acumen, and Building Coalitions.
