English: Sgt. Thomas Nicolosi, from Portland, Ore., does pushups with a group of Salvadoran soldiers. Nicolosi, a medic with the 396th Combat Suport Hospital in Vancouver, Wash., has been providing first aid training to the Salvadoran soldiers during Beyond the Horizon 2015.
