Description Spc. Gabriel Rangel of the U.S. Army's 1-124th Cavalry Squadron, Texas Army National Guard, lifts a child nto a Light Medium Tactical Vehichle in Orange, Texas, Sept. 4, 2017. The U.S. military and civilian volunteers worked together to help residents in the flooded region and surrounding areas. Members of the 55th Signal Company (Combat Camera), an element of Army Cyber Command's Network Enterprise Technology Command, documented the Army's support to hurricane recovery.
