Summary edit

Description Having knocked down the library, the Art Gallery, Council House and Town Hall are now opened up to provide a wonderful view. So what do the council do? They build a concrete and glass office block smack in the middle. Is this block an interesting architectural masterpiece? No its a boring rectangular block. They would have been better leaving the old library, at least it wasn't boring.
