Summary edit

Description Artemisia pygmaea may be an azonal species in that it is restricted to clayey (e.g., bentonite-like) knolls and not off such soils where grasses like Hilaria jamesii co-dominate with Artemisia tridentata wyomingensis (which co-dominates on the clayey knolls).
