Description
English: The center of Tropical Storm Arthur is near 27.9 north latitude, 79.4 west longitude, moving toward the northwest near 5 mph. This general motion should continue through tonight, followed by a turn toward the north on Wednesday. Interests along the United States east coast north of the watch area through southeastern Virginia should especially monitor the progress of this storm. This image was taken by GOES East at 1945Z on July 1, 2014.
