English: Arthur Mastick Hyde (July 12, 1877– October 17, 1947) addresses California members of the Lincoln Club at their annual meeting in Los Angeles. Hyde was an American Republican politician who served as the 35th Governor of Missouri and U.S. Secretary of Agriculture under President Hoover.
