Description

Langs de A27 bij Houten staat sinds 2006 een echte eyecatcher, een ‘stoer’ gebouw met een opvallende rode toren. Autoleasemaatschappij Arval bewoont een groot deel van dit gebouw. Voor het interieur van Arval tekende Jeroen Warnaar van Spring architecten uit Rotterdam het ontwerp. Het gebouw bestaat uit twee delen, langs het water kromt zich een transparante laagbouw, met daarin voornamelijk representatieve kantoorruimten en een discotheek. Daarop een meer gesloten rood volume met kantoorlagen. Architectenbureau De Waal en Wellerdieck ontwierp het gebouw, dat werd opgeleverd in 2006.
