English: Ash Continues From Calbuco, 04-25-2015

Ash is still clearly evident over the skies of South America and the Atlantic

(I got tired of waiting for a VIIRS RGB image for yesterday, so I went back to MODIS).

You can see from the MODIS image on the left that it's becoming a bit more difficult to distinguish the ash from clouds, etc. While, when the OMPS AI is superimposed, you can see it quite clearly. OMPS was in high resolution mode yesterday, and I didn't do any smoothing of the data.
