| Description | Part of the $1.3 billion OTIA III State Bridge Delivery Program, the Interstate 5 Green Springs Highway (Exit 14) and Valley View Road (North Ashland Interchange) bridges, completed in 2012, feature artistic treatments that reflect downtown Ashland’s historic architecture and natural environment. The Aesthetic Advisory Committee, appointed by the city of Ashland, recommended an art deco theme for the bridges. |
