این پرونده از وبگاه سایت رسمی فدراسیون کشنی جمهوری اسلامی ایران گرفته شده است. در پایین وبگاه نوشته "All Content by Tasnim News Agency is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License" که به فارسی یعنی همهٔ مطالب تولیدی خبرگزاری تحت پروانهٔ «کریئیتو کامنز یادکرد ۴٫۰ بین‌الملل» منتشر می‌شوند. با وجود این، بنا بر این بحث، تصاویری که واترمارک خبرگزاری را نداشته و از عکاس صراحتاً نام نبرده باشند، مشمول پروانهٔ یادشده نخواهند شد.

شاید این پرونده پیش تر واترمارک داشته که هم‌اکنون حذف/بریده شده و به ذکر نام عکاس و منبع در صفحهٔ توصیف پرونده اکتفا شده است. هنگام استفاده از تصویر، مطمئن شوید که ملزومات پروانه را رعایت می‌کنید و اثر را به نحوی شایسته به پدیدآور اصلی منتسب کنید.
