| Description |
English: Microscopic image of hyphae of Aspergillus niger. A. niger was inoculated on a piece of corn-meal agar medium and cultured for 7 days by slide-culture method for cross-sectional observation. The lower part in photo indicates the hyphae inside the medium, and upper part indicates the hyphae outside the medium, including aerial hyphae, the hyphae crawling on the glass and conidia. 日本語: Aspergillus nigerの顕微鏡写真。コーンミール寒天培地片によるスライドカルチャー法で7日間培養した。写真下部には培地内に伸びた菌糸が、上部には培地の外のスライドガラス表面を這う菌糸と気中菌糸が見られる。 |
