Summary
editDescriptionAssessment of plasma fraction treatment on vital organ functions.webp |
English: "At 0, 30, 60, 90, 120, and 155 days from commencement of the experiment, the health and function of vital organs (liver, heart, kidney, and pancreas) of six rats per group were monitored through measurements of appropriate biomarkers. SPGT, serum glutamic-pyruvic transaminase; SGOT, serum glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase; HDL, high-density lipoprotein; and BUN, blood urea nitrogen. Red dots represent data points of old rats, orange dots represent treated old rats, and blue represent young rats. Each data point represents average values from six rats with two standard errors around the mean. Detailed measurements of each parameter are provided in Supplementary Table S8" |
