English: Smiling under the heat of sun, Ati tribe members cultivate the warm sand in Barangay Manoc-manoc in Malay, Aklan in preparation for vegetable seed planting as is one of their livelihood projects assisted by the Department of Agriculture (DA). DA Secretary Emmanuel Piñol visited the poverty-stricken area and initially committed PHP2 million in financial support to the indigenous peoples and women's groups of Boracay through the Survival Recovery (SURE) loan program
