Die Dislokationsstörungen nach den isolierten Waden-beinbrüchen kommen besonders am Fuss, in der Articulatiotibio-fibularis inferior zum Ausdruck. Häufig entsteht hier-durch auch eine Supinationsstellung des Fusses. Manche Unterschenkelbrüche heilen mit ganz erheb-licher Dislokation, trotz sorgfältiger Behandlung in renom-mierten Krankenhäusern. Ich verfüge über eine ganzeReihe derartig schlecht geheilter Fälle, von denen ich ver-schiedene photographiert, in Gips modelliert und röntgo-graphiert habe. Wenn schlechte Heilungen also trotz derbesten Hilfsmittel in den besten Krankenhäusern vorkommen,dann hat man kein Recht, eine in der Landpraxis schlechtgeheilte Fraktur gleich dem Arzt in die Schuhe zu schieben,um so weniger, als dieser mit den denkbar schwierigstenVerhältnissen zu kämpfen hat.
