Deutsch: Ausnahmezulassung, die es Zügen erlaubt, auf der Neubaustrecke Nürnberg–Ingolstadt bis zu 300 km/h zu fahren. Die Genehmigung stellt eine Abweichung von der allgemeinen Geschwindigkeitsbegrenzung auf Hauptbahnen in Deutschland von 250 km/h nach § 40 (2) EBO dar.
English: A certificate of exemption that enables trains to go faster than the general speed limit of 250 kph (§ 40 2 EBO). Thereby, up to 300 kph are permitted on the Nuremburg-Ingolstadt high-speed railway line.
