Das Foto wurde u.a. in der Leitmeritzer Zeitung 1932 im Zusammenhang mit dem Caro-Petschek-Prozess veröffentlicht und entstand vermutlich zu Ignaz Petscheks 70. Geburtstag am 14. Juni 1927 in Aussig, da hier Ernst Petschek hinter Vera Petschek noch vereint mit ihren Kindern Peter (1924–1976) und Anneliese (1920–2010) abgebildet sind.
