Description

A group of unidentified Australians receiving instruction in the working of a Stokes trench mortar in cooperation with other arms at the Australian Corps Training School. The colour patches of two soldiers, one sitting in the foreground (left) and the other sitting near the centre, indicate they are probably members of the 26th Battalion and the colour patch of another soldier, (background, left), indicates he is a member of AIF Administrative Headquarters.
