Summary edit
DescriptionAustralian leech upright on tent.jpg |
A leech that we found on our tent whilst camping in Bunyip Park, in Victoria, Australia. Here, you can see it clamping itself to the tent material with its rear sucker, and holding itself upright in the air to sniff out prey. I took this with my Fujifilm FinePix S5600, and cropped it in Krita on Kubuntu Intrepid. I believe it is probably the Australian Land Leech, Gnatbobdellida libbata. |
