A Operação está sendo coordenada pela Marinha do Brasil, com o apoio do Exército Brasileiro, Força Aérea Brasileira e Órgãos de Segurança Pública e de Fiscalização (OSPF) Federal, Estadual e Municipal, com a finalidade de coibir os ilícitos transfronteiriços (descaminho, contrabando e tráfico) nas rodovias, hidrovias e área marítima adjacentes aos Estados de São Paulo (SP) e Paraná (PR). Comandante do Comando Naval de Operações Especiais, Contra-Almirante (FN) Claudio EDUARDO Silva Dias; Comandante de Operações Navais, Almirante de Esquadra Marcos Sampaio OLSEN; Comandante do 8º Distrito Naval, Vice-Almirante GUILHERME da Silva Costa;
