Obra original de la escultora Anna Hyatt Huntington, que se encuentra en los jardines de la "Hispanic Society of America", en Nueva York. La propia autora hizo copia de la escultura para la ciudad de Sevilla con motivo de la Exposición Iberoamericana de 1929. De esta última escultura, Juan de Ávalos hizo la copia que se encuentra en Valencia.
