English: Pieces of a Moroccan bomber aircraft shot down by the Sahrawis of Front Polisario during the war time (Tifariti, Western Sahara). During the Spanish domination, the village was used as military outpost. Tifariti then passed under Moroccan control, then under that of Front Polisario. In 1991, the Moroccan bombers completely destroyed the village just before the UN controlled ceasefire.
Français : Carcasse d'un bombardier marocain abattu par les Sahraouis du Front Polisario (Tifariti, Sahara occidental). Durant la domination espagnol, le village servait d'avant-poste militaire. Tifariti est ensuite passé sous contrôle marocain, puis sous celui de l'armée du Front Polisario.
