| Description |
English: Avon Lock, Stratford-upon-Avon By use of this lock, a boat is enabled to descend from the canal system onto the River Avon. The navigation of the Avon had latterly fallen into disuse, but after voluntary labour and the expense of a large amount of money, it was restored and reopened in 1964. |
