Summary edit

Description

Marketing decided to demonstrate the immense durability of ZEISS Axiomat when inspecting heavy machinery by lifting a heavy BMW motor cycle on top of the stand. Remember, those were the days when no Photoshop was around so they really did lift the cycle on top of the stand ca. 1973 to analyse the frame of the bike. Naturally, the Axiomat (no demo unit but a fully functional production model) survived the shooting with no scratches whatsoever.
