Magyar: Hauszmann Alajos pályázati terve az országházra. A parlament épületének felépítéséről az Országgyűlés törvényt alkotott: az 1880. évi LVIII. tv. alapján tervpályázatot hirdettek 1881-ben. 1883. február 1-jén a pályázat határideje lejárt, ekkorra tizenkilenc terv érkezett be. A bírálat alapján a kitűzött négy egyenlő díjat az „Alkotmány I.” (Steindl Imre), a „Patres conscripti” (Hauszmann Alajos), az „Alkotmány II.” (Schickedanz Albert és Freund Vilmos ) és a „Scti. Stephani regis” (Otto Wagner és társai ) jeligéjű terveknek ítélték oda. Végül Steindl Imre neogótikus terve valósult meg. |
