AND STATE NORMAL SCHOOL 17 Conditions of Admission to the Four Years Course 1. Properly certified graduates of approved Pennsylvaniahigh schools of the first grade and city high schools as listedby the Department of Public Instruction, shall be admitted tothe third year of the Four Years Course of the State NormalSchools without examination, and be conditioned in the branch-es that have not been satisfactorily completed by such students. 2. Properly certified graduates of approved Pennsylvaniahigh schools of the second grade shall be admitted to the sec-ond year of the Four Years Course of the State NormalSchools without examination, and be conditioned in thebranches that have not been satisfactorily completed by suchstudents. 3. Properly certified graduates of approved Pennsylvaniahigh schools of the third grade shall be admitted to the firstyear of the Four Years Course of the State Normal Schoolswithout examination, and be conditioned in the branches thathave not been satisfactoril
