Description

An unusual pairing; Spitfire LFVIIIC MT719 'YB-J' (now displayed in a museum in Dallas, Texas) and BAe 146-200 prototype G-WAUS, painted in Ansett livery but never actually went to Australia. The 146 took part in the Farnborough Air Show in 1982 (as G-WISC), 1984 (as G-WAUS), and 1986 (as G-BMYE). It was scrapped at Bristol Filton in 1995.
