English: 4 September 2007. Dowsett Road, just off High Road, Tottenham.
British Telecom own the brick-paved strip of land behind the low wall. If you wanted a large litter-tray the "design" could hardly be improved. And for years that's exactly what it was. After numerous complaints from me, and eventually getting BT to confirm ownership, to their credit they now keep this pretty clean. (With occasional backsliding.) Redesigned, it could be far more attractive as well as easier to maintain. |
