Русский: Алексей Макарович Кравец (22.02.1909—12.2010) — капитан в отставке, кандидат ветеринарных наук, основатель и директор Переславской межрайонной ветеринарно-бактериологической лаборатории (1953—1978), заведующий лаборатории профилактики и лечения овец Ярославского научно-исследовательского института животноводства и кормопроизводства (1978—1979), зоотехник-инспектор Ярославской государственной заводской конюшни по Переславскому, Ростовскому и Борисоглебскому районам (1979—1984). На пенсии работал экскурсоводом в музее-усадьбе Ботик, заведовал сектором обслуживания специалистов сельского хозяйства в центральной библиотеке города Переславля. Литератор и публицист. Почётный ветеран города Переславля-Залесского (2008).
