Description
English: Batter made with 2 parts ( 5 cups) raw rice, 1 part (2.5 cup) mix pulses (1/2 cup split red lentils, 1/2 cup yellow pigeon peas, 1/2 cup green gram and 1 cup split black grams.Soaked for 6 hrs, grinded and kept it overnight for natural fermentation. While preparing topped with grated onion, ginger, green chilli, garlic, tomato, sauted beetroot and sprinkled home made gun powder.
