English: Ballygrot rath near Helen's Bay. A rath (Anglicised as "ringfort") is a fortified settlement found on a hill. Whether they were defensive or merely used to keep animals from straying is open to debate. This is the one (on the right) at Ballygrot near Helen's Bay as seen from Clandeboye Avenue. See 239086.
