Description
Español: Nuevo diseño de la bandera de España, de acuerdo con el texto consolidado del Real Decreto 1511/1977, modificado el 21 de junio de 2014:

"La bandera nacional es la compuesta por tres franjas horizontales, roja, gualda y roja, la gualda de doble anchura que las rojas."

"El escudo de España tendrá una altura de dos quintos de la anchura de la bandera y figurará en ambas caras de ésta en el centro de la franja amarilla.

Cuando la bandera de España tenga la proporción normal, de longitud igual a tres medios de la anchura, el eje del escudo se colocará a una distancia de la vaina de media anchura de la bandera.

Si la longitud fuere menor a la normal o la bandera tuviera la forma cuadrada, el escudo se situará en el centro de la enseña."

For coherence with other "Spanish Flag" files, I replace the colours to those in "Flag of Spain.svg", as the ones used in the illustrations of Real Decreto 1511/1977 are just orientative and not the exact colors anyways.
