Русский: Хоругвь и штандарт Конрада VII Белого князя Олесницкого.
Latina: Banderium Cunradi Albi, ducis Oleschniczensis Zlesie, quod presencialiter ipsemet Cunradus dux de gentibus propriis ducebat; sub quo erant milites sui proprii de ducatu Wratislauiensi et de Slesia. Et ipse dux Cunradus fuit captus, et tam banderio quam omnibus fortunis suis spoliatus, liberalitate autem Wladislai Polonie regis in libertatem restitutus.
Polski: Chorągiew Konrada Białego, księcia oleśnickiego ze Śląska, pod którą stanął osobiście sam książę Konrad wraz ze swoimi ludźmi. Byli więc razem z nim jego właśni rycerze z księstwa wrocławskiego i ze Śląska. Sam książę Konrad został pojmany i pozbawiony tak chorągwi, jak i całego swojego mienia. Wypuszczony został na wolność dopiero za wstawiennictwem króla Władysława. Należy mieć świadomość, że spośród wszystkich śląskich czy polskich książąt żaden inny jak tylko ten książę Konrad oleśnicki i Kazimierz, książę słupski, inaczej szczeciński, nie przeszedł na stronę Krzyżaków, zresztą z wieczną dla siebie hańbą i wstydem, bo przecież starali się rozszarpać i zniszczyć własną mowę i ojczyznę, wspierając wrogów. Król Władysław przebaczył jednak obu oraz ich wziętym do niewoli rycerzom.
Ta chorągiew ma długość dwóch łokci i ćwierć (ok. 140 cm), a szerokość dwóch łokci bez ćwierci (ok. 110 cm).
