Banque de Montréal. Construction: 1894. Grand répertoire du patrimoine bâti de Montréal On remarque que le bâtiment en grès rouge d'Écosse, a conservé son aspect d'origine quoi qu'il ait perdu quelques ornements au niveau des pignons de la toiture. Des aiguillons ont été retirés.
