Fra en samling bilder donert Trondheim byarkiv av Sigdis H. H. Charbellet 2017. Bildene har tilhørt Sogneprest i Nærøy fram til 1889 Knud Thorkelsen og hustru Elen Christine Kopsland som bodde på prestegården i Kolvereid.

Om fotografen:

Olaf Olsen (f. 28.12.1844 i Åsen) var sønn av gårdmann Lorents Olsen Vedul og var aktiv i Trondhjem 1864 – etter 1885. Hans atelier var i Jomfrugata 17 i 1864, nytt atelier i St. Olafs gade 2 før 1873. Diplom i Drammen 1873 og Paris 1878. Olaf Olsen ble gift i Domkirken 29.05.1869 med Julie Therese Christensen fra Trondhjem, hennes far var murersvenn Christian Christensen.
