English: Coupières Basin is a large detention basin arranged in Gif-sur-Yvette in France to control the floods of the Yvette river. It was completely filled during the flood of the Yvette river in May 31, 2016.
Français : Le bassin de Coupières est un vaste bassin de retenue aménagé à Gif-sur-Yvette en France pour contrôler les crues de la rivière Yvette. Il a été complètement rempli lors de la crue de l'Yvette le 31 mai 2016.
