Deutsch: Baudenkmal Bassum Nordwohlde Stütelberg 2. Das 2-Ständer-Niedersachsenhaus wurde 1821 errichtet. Ein neben dem Haus bestehender Sandsteinbrunnen enthält die Inschrift 1816. Er führt auch heute noch Wasser.

Errichtet wurde das Haupthaus von Johann Hinrich Lahmeyer und seiner Frau Margarete geborene Bossens. Seit 1902 befindet sich das Objekt in Familienbesitz der Familie Rohlfs. Das ursprüngliche Strohdach wurde 1959 nach einem großen Sturm saniert und mit Ziegel eingedeckt. In den Jahren ab 1987 wurde das Haus vollständig saniert, und es befindet sich jetzt in einem sehr guten Bauzustand.

Das direkte Nebengebäude wurde 2002 ebenfalls in Fachwerkbauweise neu errichtet.
