Deutsch: Die Fabrikgebäude der ehemaligen Baumwollspinnerei Martin May & Cie. in Mönchengladbach wurden in den 1870er Jahren errichtet. Im Jahr 1965 war der Betrieb komplett eingestellt. Als Zeugnis der Mönchengladbacher Textilindustrie wurden die Gebäude am 24. Juli 2017 in die Denkmalliste der Stadt eingetragen (Nr. S 015).
English: The factory buildings of the former cotton mill Martin May & Cie. in Mönchengladbach were built in the 1870s. In 1965 the company was completely shut down. As a testimony to the Mönchengladbach textile industry, the buildings were entered in the city's list of monuments on July 24, 2017 (No. S 015). |
