Nederlands: Dit schilderij van de baai van Nagasaki is rond 1824 vervaardigd door de Japanse kunstenaar Kawahara Keiga. Het kunstmatige eilandje Deshima waar Nederlandse factorij op is gevestigd, kan eenvoudig worden herkend aan de waaiervorm. De afgebeelde schepen zijn de Nederlandse fregatschepen Arinus Marinus en Ida Aleyda.
English: This painting of the bay of Nagasaki was made round 1824 by the Japanese artist Kawahara Keiga. The artificial island of Deshima, where the Dutch trading post was based, can be easily recognized by its fan shape. The ships on the painting are the Dutch frigates Arinus Marinus and Ida Aleyda.
