English: A brand new bus stop situated on Bridge Street in Castletown, Isle of Man, at the corner of Smetana Close (which is the road to the left). The purpose of the shelter is not entirely clear, the actual bus stop for traffic on this side of the road is a few yards to the left across the junction, which has its own conventional plastic/metal bus shelter. Buses coming from that direction would not be visible from this spot, so it may infact be a waiting place for buses going in the other direction. There is a stop marked out in the road for this direction, directly behind the photographer, and on that side there's no bus lay by, and the footpath has a wall running alongside it, so that's possibly why there's no shelter installed on that side.
