Description

Venerdì 6 aprile 2018, in occasione della Giornata Mondiale dell’Attività Fisica, l’Università di Pavia ha allestito 6 postazioni in tutto il campus, da Strada Nuova a Via Ferrata, con allenamenti differenziati aperti liberamente a tutti gli studenti e alla comunità accademica. Con il motto Be Active Everyday! i docenti e gli specialisti di Scienze Motorie hanno proposto una serie di esercizi e percorsi, dal potenziamento muscolare alla corsa, dallo stretching ai test funzionali, fino ai mini tornei di calcio al Collegio Golgi.

«L’obiettivo è quello di promuovere uno stile di vita attivo all’interno della popolazione universitaria, in linea con le direttive dell’Organizzazione Mondiale della Sanità – spiega la Prof.ssa Cristina Montomoli, delegato del Rettore allo Sport – e dunque trasmettere con forza il messaggio del legame tra attività fisica, salute e benessere, ma anche aggregare gli studenti, il personale docente e quello tecnico-amministrativo attraverso giornate di divertimento e sport.»
