| Description |
English: Beach Facilities Closed. Something is wrong here but I don't know what caused it. This building used to be a beach shop, cafe, bar and watersports centre and on a hot day in July should be thronging with people but nobody is here, it is closed and running into dereliction. In addition a lot of the valley bottom is fenced off and looks like it has been that way for some time. The tourist industry around Cornwall is expanding and has been doing so for many years, but here, somebody appears to have put that expansion into reverse. One can only speculate on the competence of the landowners in achieving such a decline. |
