English: Beaulieu Heath, New Forest. Beaulieu Heath is very flat, one of the reasons that it was used as an airfield during the Second World War. The B3055 road runs across the northern part of the heath, connecting Brockenhurst and Beaulieu. On a fine day the chalk ridges of the Isle of Wight can be seen to the south. |
